CONDITIONS
	General Quality linen and towels are provided at no extra cost and PLEASE, these are not to be taken to the beach. (beach towels are not generally provided, however if you are likely to require them we will supply them free of charge) Electricity (230 volts AC), Heated water underfloor heating and hot water provided at no extra cost. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Any additional persons are not permitted to stay.                                                     Safety Please check the general layout of the property so that in an emergency you can exit quickly. Check location of the two fire extinguishers and fire blanket and their operation. Read provided instructions for electrical appliances if you are unsure of how to use them. The stream may represent a danger to young children, please supervise them when playing in the garden. Be aware that the level and rate of flow rises substantially after heavy rain fall. If you do identify a potential danger please inform us immediately so that we may rectify the problem. PETS We are very sorry, but we do not allow pets under any circumstances.

                                                IMPORTANT NOTICE
A 20% deposit is needed to secure your booking and the remainder 8 weeks prior to
your arrival date. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the final
payment is made on time. If you do not respond to an email reminding you, we will
unfortunately be forced to cancel the reservation and  re-advertise the week. This
particularly applies at peak times. If payment is made in a currency other than Euro
the exchange rate at the time of ANY payment applies, This may be to your, or
our advantage.

                                           Arrival and Departures
The cottage will be ready for you to take over any time after 3pm at the start of your
holiday. Please let us know what your likely arrival time will be. To allow cleaning and
preparation please leave the cottage by 10am on your departure date. Please leave
the cottage clean and tidy.
